Fractal Alley (ABN 21 631 669 153) is a one-maker handmade art studio based in Newcastle, NSW, Australia, operated by a sole trader. We sell original artwork, plants, and gift cards through this website at fractalalley.com.au.

When you place an order — your full name, email address, phone number (optional), and delivery address. Payment details (card number, expiry, CVV) are entered directly into Stripe’s secure payment form and are never seen or stored by us.
When you use the contact form — your name, email address, and the content of your message.
When you subscribe to our newsletter — your email address only.
We use your information to fulfil and deliver your order, send payment receipts and order updates, respond to your enquiries, and send marketing emails if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us directly.
We do not use your information for any purpose beyond what is listed above, and we do not sell it to anyone.
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the website. Each handles your data according to their own privacy policy:
Stripe — payment processing. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our server. Stripe Privacy Policy
Klaviyo — newsletter email marketing. Your email address is stored in Klaviyo when you subscribe. Klaviyo Privacy Policy
Zoho Mail — sending transactional emails such as order receipts and contact form replies.
Render — website hosting. The server that runs this website is operated by Render Services Inc.
Cloudflare — content delivery and security. All traffic to this website passes through Cloudflare’s network.
Order records — including name, email, address, and purchase details — are retained for seven years to meet Australian tax and business record-keeping requirements.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry.
This website uses your browser’s local storage (not cookies) to remember your shopping cart between visits. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our server unless you proceed to checkout. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to any inaccurate information, and request deletion of your information (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations).
