All deliveries are made personally within the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area. Because every piece is handmade and one of a kind, we take extra care to make sure it arrives safely — no couriers, no impersonal drop-offs.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and arranged directly with you after purchase. We will reach out within 1–2 business days to organise a time that works.

Pickup Options

Prefer to collect your order in person? We offer two pickup options — both completely free:

Studio Pickup — Come directly to our studio in Charlestown by appointment. After placing your order we will be in touch to arrange a time that suits you.

Midpoint Pickup — Not close to Charlestown? No problem. We are happy to arrange a convenient meeting point that works for both of us. Get in touch after placing your order and we will sort something out.

Pickup is always free of charge — no additional fees, ever.

Delivery Fees

Simple · Transparent · No surprises

A flat delivery fee of $15 applies to all local deliveries. Orders over $100 receive free delivery.

We currently only serve the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region. We do not offer interstate or international shipping at this time.

Every piece is handmade — please allow a few days for preparation before delivery or pickup is available. If your order is time-sensitive (a gift, a special occasion), let us know at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
